John is also a co-owner of Northeastern Property & Development, a full-service general contracting and development company that works in perfect alignment with Northeastern Homestead Designs. This strategic partnership allows him to offer a comprehensive approach to home improvement, whether clients need a full-scale home build, a complete renovation, or detailed electrical planning.

Michael has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, expertly delivering residential solutions. As the co-owner of Northeastern Homestead Designs, he specializes in kitchen and bathroom renovations, home construction, and custom design-build projects, delivering tailored solutions that combine beauty, functionality, and quality.
Michael also co-owns and operates Northeastern Property & Development, a full-service general contracting and development firm. The synergy between both companies allows him to offer clients seamless experience, from design concepts to full-scale construction. Whether planning a custom kitchen, a home addition, or a new build, Michael and his team have the expertise and resources to bring each client’s vision to life with precision and care.

In addition to leading Northeastern Homestead Designs, Mark is also a co-owner of Northeastern Property & Development. This partnership allows him to oversee projects from initial concept and design through to construction and finishing touches, providing homeowners with a seamless, stress-free experience.

She will continue to provide insight and guidance on kitchen design, layout functionality, and industry trends, ensuring that clients receive the best in both design and practicality.
